Purchase terms for physical and digital Mirror State products

1. Scope
These Terms of Purchase apply to all purchases from Mirror State, including physical manifestation cards, necklaces, workbooks, printed materials, digital courses, PDFs, silent subliminals, frequencies, meditations, downloads, and bundles.
2. Ordering and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, cancel, or limit an order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, shipping restrictions, customs restrictions, or misuse of our products. An order confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance if we later identify an issue.
3. Pricing, Currency, Taxes, and Duties
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time. Taxes, duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, import VAT, carrier fees, and similar charges may be collected at checkout or charged by the carrier or government authority. Unless we clearly state that duties and taxes are prepaid, the customer is responsible for import-related charges.
4. Payment
Payment is due at checkout unless a payment plan is offered. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide. We do not store full payment-card details on our own systems. Payment processors may apply their own terms.
5. Physical Product Delivery
Physical products will be shipped according to the shipping method and estimated timeline shown at checkout or in our Shipping Policy. If no shipping time is stated, we will use reasonable efforts to ship within a commercially reasonable timeframe. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated as guaranteed.
For U.S. customers, physical products may ship from Switzerland, another international location, or a fulfillment partner. International shipping may involve customs inspection, import processing, carrier delays, weather events, incorrect addresses, or other factors outside our control.
6. Digital Delivery and Access
Digital products may be delivered by email, download link, account access, course platform, QR code, private page, or another digital method. Access is personal to the purchaser. You must not share links, files, QR codes, course logins, subliminals, frequencies, PDFs, or private pages.
We may update, replace, improve, or remove specific digital files, bonuses, platforms, or access methods over time. Lifetime access, if offered, means access for the commercially reasonable life of the product or platform, not the lifetime of any individual person or company.
7. Bundles and Bonuses
Bundles may include both physical and digital items. Bonuses, including silent subliminals, frequency audios, PDFs, or access pages, may be promotional and may change over time. Bonuses have no separate cash value unless expressly stated.
8. Product Care and Use
High-gloss stainless steel and PVD-coated products may scratch, collect fingerprints, or show wear if handled roughly or stored against abrasive surfaces.
Keep polished cards in their pouch or box when not in use and clean with a soft microfiber cloth only.
Jewelry may cause sensitivity for some users. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Necklaces and small parts may pose a choking hazard. Keep away from children and pets.
Audio products should be used at a safe volume. Do not use meditations or audio practices while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that requires full attention.
9. Personal-Use License for Digital Products
When you purchase digital content, you receive a limited personal-use license. You do not purchase copyright ownership. You may not copy, distribute, share, resell, upload, publish, teach from, modify, create derivative products from, or use the content commercially without written permission.
10. No Guaranteed Results
Purchasing a Mirror State product does not guarantee any specific result. Manifestation, self-concept work, visualization, subliminals, frequency audios, journaling, and courses are personal-development tools only. Your results depend on many personal and external factors.
11. Refunds, Returns, Exchanges, and Defects
Refunds, returns, exchanges, damaged packages, incorrect items, and digital-access issues are handled under our Refund and Return Policy and Shipping Policy. Please read those policies before purchasing.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a problem with your order, contact [Support Email] before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of access, cancellation of future orders, and submission of order records, access logs, shipping records, communications, and policy evidence to the payment processor.
13. Reviews and Feedback
You may voluntarily submit reviews or feedback. We do not require positive reviews. We may request permission to use private feedback as a testimonial. Public reviews may be displayed or reposted, subject to applicable law and our Terms and Conditions.
14. Refusal of Service
We may refuse, limit, cancel, or suspend orders or access where we believe there is fraud, abuse, harassment, policy violations, intellectual-property misuse, reseller activity, or unlawful conduct.
